All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. Products that show signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Custom-made or personalized items, including engraved jewelry or custom temple necklaces, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@orangesmith.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Orange Smith is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of returning the item may be deducted from the refund amount if the return was not due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us within the same 7-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In the case of an exchange, the original product must be returned in the same condition as received, and any price differences must be settled accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect product is delivered, please contact us immediately at support@orangesmith.com with photographs of the damaged or incorrect items. Orange Smith will provide a replacement item at no additional cost to you or offer a full refund, including shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the return process will apply instead. To cancel an order, please contact support@orangesmith.com as soon as possible with your order details.
